What if I have an allergy?
On all Food Items you will find Allergen Information and an allergy label will be included in your package for all food items.
My items are made in an environment where Gluten, Wheat, Eggs, Dairy, Soya & Nuts are present so they may always contain traces of these items.
My Biscuits all include Gluten, Wheat & Dairy.
Do you Deliver?
Yes I offer delivery through post throughout the UK. I also offer non-edible items internationally. Currently international items can only be purchased on Etsy.
Can I Collect my Order?
Orders can be collected from S60, Waverley in Rotherham with prior arrangement. Please note I no longer have shop premises.
Is My Order Sent Tracked?
Only if you select to upgrade to this option on checkout. This option is currently unavailable due to COVID-19 as you cannot sign for your parcel. Standard Shipping is not tracked to ensure postage costs are kept to a minimum so a tracking number can not be provided. Proof of Postage is kept for all items and can be provided on request.
What happens to my Parcel when it is despatched?
Generally we use Royal Mail (except for larger orders where a courier is used). You can upgrade to recorded delivery if this is not already specified on checkout. Every item is despatched within the estimated despatch or agreed timescale. Please note I cannot accept responsibility for any delays made by Royal Mail or other couriers if your items do not reach you on time. I can issue a claim on their website but please note this process may take upto 30 days.
What if I receive my order and there is a breakage?
If you have received your order and there is an issue please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item so this can be resolved. Please note I am not responsible for items evidently damaged by the Courier but I can assist on the next steps. If an item is damaged but could still be used and repaired I will advise how to do so. Please note there is always a risk of breakage on Fragile Items such as Cake Toppers & Biscuits which unfortunately I cannot be responsible, although it is very unlikely.
What is the shelf life on my biscuits?
Biscuits are made fresh for each order and do not contain preservatives. It is important you include a note on your order the date they are required for if you do not want them despatching on the pop-up next despatch date so they can be made at the most suitable time.
They are despatched either the same day as been baked or the following day. They will last around 3 weeks from despatch but I would advise with your biscuit Gift Sets or Biscuits to move them into Tupperware or a Tin after 2 weeks, this will prolong the shelf life for a further week.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes I accept custom orders (dependent upon availability).
Do you still offer custom Cake & Cupcake Orders?
Due to demand in other items it is now unlikely I will be able to accept Cake & Cupcake Orders.
